RESIDENT MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

Welcome to the CSP Mentorship Program

The California Society of Pathology (CSP) Mentorship Program is designed to foster meaningful, professional relationships between practicing pathologists and pathology trainees across California. The program enhances career development, networking, and leadership skills by pairing mentors and mentees for structured, goal-oriented engagement throughout the year. Participants are expected to meet at least three times annually with one meeting strongly encouraged at the CSP Annual Meeting. The program recruits pathologists from a range of practice settings, including private practice, industry, and academic medicine. Through guided conversations, mentees gain insight into diverse career paths, while mentors contribute to workforce development and mentorship within the state’s pathology community.
